Do I need to have a fenced in yard to adopt?

A fenced in yard does not make or break an approval.  However, a fenced in yard is an added bonus and you are responsible for providing daily proper exercise.

Why wasn’t I chosen to adopt the pet of my choice?

We do our best to approve applications in the order in which they are received. With that being said, we also do our best to match up our adoptable pets with the best possible forever home. We know our adoptables the best and know what environment they will be most successful in. If you are not chosen to adopt the pet of your choice, please be understanding of the process we go through to ensure proper placement.

How long does the application process take?

It depends on the adoptable pet. If it is a highly sought after adoptable, it will take us some time to review all of the applications received and determine the best possible placement. Please be patient and understanding, we are all volunteers with our own pets, families and jobs.

Can I schedule a meet and greet ASAP?

Meet and greets are not scheduled until an application is approved and received.
